SWITCH SPENDING ACCOUNT
If you have multiple 360 Checking accounts, you can switch your debit card’s spending account—either on our website or with the mobile app—to choose your preferred spending account.
As a new 360 Checking customer, you'll receive a debit card when you open your first account. If you open an account online, your debit card will be shipped to the mailing address on your account via USPS in about 5-7 business days in a plain, white envelope. Sign in to track your debit card delivery online.
Yes. All Capital One ATMs require an activated debit card to access your 360 Checking account. Activate your debit card to access over 70,000 fee-free Capital One and partner ATMs nationwide.
When you activate your 360 Checking debit card, you’ll need to set a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). This will allow you to access your 360 Checking account when using an ATM. To change your PIN, sign in to your account online or on the mobile app, then select the account connected to your debit card. Choose Account Services & Settings online or Debit Card Help in the app, then choose Change PIN and follow the prompted steps.
To replace a lost, damaged or stolen 360 Checking debit card, sign in to your account, then select Replace a Lost Card or Replace a Damaged Card and follow the prompts. A new contactless debit card will be sent to the address on your account via USPS in 5-7 business days.
Note: If you choose to replace a lost card, your existing debit card will be deactivated immediately.
If you choose to replace a damaged card, your existing debit card number can continue to be used until you receive and activate your new debit card.
