Imran Javaid

Managing Director, Healthcare Real Estate Group


Imran has more than 14 years of commercial banking experience. Prior to joining Capital One, he was a Director in the Healthcare Real Estate Group of CapitalSource, Inc., where he led loan transactions and direct real estate investments including acquisitions and dispositions for long-term care facilities. While at CapitalSource, Imran also served as the Chief Accounting Officer for the company’s efforts to spin off its owned healthcare assets into a new publicly owned real estate investment trust (REIT). Imran previously worked with the Carlyle Group, where he focused on portfolio management and financial modeling. Since 2001, Imran has been involved with over $3.0 billion in capital transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College. He is also a non-practicing licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Keith Kodrin

Senior Director, Healthcare Real Estate Group


Keith has over 14 years of healthcare real estate lending experience. He joined the Capital One Healthcare Real Estate Group lending practice in 2012, and currently co-leads the team which provides financing to companies in the senior housing and care industries. Prior to joining Capital One, Keith was a Senior Director at Oxford Finance, LLC. He has also served as an Investment Officer in the Healthcare Real estate Group of CapitalSource, Inc. Since 2001, Keith has been involved with over $2.0 billion in capital transactions. Keith holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Bowling Green State University.

Ginger Petroff

Vice President, Healthcare Real Estate Group


Ginger has over 15 years of senior housing and healthcare real estate finance experience. Prior to joining Capital One, Ginger served as a Senior Banker in the Agency Financing practice at Red Capital and Wells Fargo. She previously worked for General Electric – Healthcare Financial Services, Institutional Equity platform and participated in GE’s Crottonville leadership program. Ginger started her career in senior housing with Sunrise Senior Living. She has a Bachelor degree from Webster University and a MBA in International Business from Saint Louis University.

Patrick Coffey

Senior Managing Director


Patrick has over 20 years of experience focused on healthcare finance. He currently specializes in originating, underwriting, structuring and negotiating complex debt financings to a diverse portfolio of healthcare companies. Prior to joining Capital One, Patrick worked in a similar role at CapitalSource Finance. He also served as a senior accountant for Arthur Andersen and as a senior attorney for Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison. Patrick has originated and closed more than $4.5 billion in healthcare transactions over the past decade. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Todd Gordon

Senior Managing Director


Todd has more than 16 years of finance experience, both as a lender and a lawyer. He has focused on structuring, underwriting, and closing healthcare asset based and healthcare real estate financings at Capital One since 2011. Prior to his current role, Todd spent eight years working in a similar capacity at CapitalSource Finance. Todd has also practiced corporate and securities law with Latham & Watkins, and served as a Senior Accountant with KPMG. Todd holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Steve Anderson

Managing Director, Healthcare (Midwest)


Steve joined the Capital One in 2012. Prior to joining Capital One, Steve spent the previous 18 years with CapitalSource Finance and FINOVA Capital holding positions in underwriting, portfolio management and business development. Steve’s entire career has been focused on healthcare lending and his experience cuts across leverage finance, real estate and asset based lending.

Anthony Martin

Vice President, Healthcare (Southeast, Southwest)


Anthony joined Capital One in 2013. Prior to joining Capital One, Anthony helped launch Gemino Healthcare Finance, LLC in 2007, opening their Dallas office. Previously, he spent 7 years in the healthcare industry, on the provider side, focused on revenue cycle management.

Shane Passarelli

Senior Vice President, Healthcare (West)


Shane joined Capital One in 2012. Prior to Capital One, Shane worked in healthcare lending for nearly 12 years, including roles at Healthcare Finance Group, GE Capital – Healthcare Financial Services, and Cerberus Capital. Throughout his career, Shane has provided senior and junior capital in connection with acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinances, restructuring, and other financing needs.

David Oberdorf

Vice President, Healthcare (Northeast)


David joined Capital One in 2015. Prior to joining Capital One, he was a Director at The Marwood Group, a healthcare focused research and advisory consultant. He spent 9 years at Marwood in various capacities helping to synthesize and deliver healthcare regulatory and policy research to institutional investors. David is a CFA charterholder.
