President, Multifamily Finance
As president of Capital One Multifamily Finance, Jeff Lee leads the national multifamily lending business for Capital One. Jeff manages the company’s agency platforms (including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA) and a portfolio platform doing business in the New York tristate area.
GLENN GALLAGHER
Senior Vice President, Segment Leader Commercial Real Estate
Glenn Gallagher is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic business plan for the Mid-Atlantic region of the Commercial Real Estate group. Mr. Gallagher manages a real estate production team of seven relationship managers with responsibilities that include loan and deposit production as well as capital markets origination including derivatives and syndication.

Market Manager Commercial Real Estate
Peter and his team opened Capital One Commercial Real Estate's Boston office in 2008. As the Head of CRE Institutional Specialties, Peter and his team established a market relevant specialization in the REIT sector based in McLean, VA. This included a REIT Investment Banking platform in New York and a Fund Finance Group in Boston, focusing on real estate private equity funds, which led to the formation of a specialty lending group to provide capital to privately held Agency lenders on a national platform.
