Seattle is home to grunge music, the Space Needle and Canlis, a restaurant that opened in 1950. Long recognized as one of the nation’s best restaurants, Canlis hired Brady Williams as executive chef when he was just 28 years old. As the youngest chef to date at Canlis, Williams brings a unique approach to the Seattle Institution with his Japanese heritage. Today he shares his favorite hidden gems in Seattle including a burger spot, a wine bar and a billiard hall.
