Remove billers in Bill Pay

1. Sign in to capitalone.com
2. Click on your checking account
3. Click “pay bills”
4. Click on the biller you want to remove, then “delete”

1. Sign in to the Capital One Mobile app (Text “MOBILE” to 80101 for a link to download)
2. Tap on your checking account
3. Tap “pay bills”
4. Tap the icon to the right of the biller, then “delete payee”

Please note: If you delete a biller, any scheduled payments for this biller will be cancelled.
