Yes. You can do this by using an online payment service like Zelle®, by check, by wire transfer and more. You can also send money between your Capital One account and an external bank account. Add money within 60 days of opening your account, or it’ll close and you’ll have to open a new one.

After linking your external bank online, simply follow these steps to verify your external account.

For mobile deposits or deposits made at a Capital One location, they are usually available the next business day. You can deposit cash at Capital One ATMs—including those at Cafés—and at branches. You may also Add Cash in Store at CVS, Walgreens and Duane Reade™ by Walgreens locations instead.
