Lost/Stolen Card

You can report your card lost or stolen if you are missing your card or think someone stole your credit card information. If you do report your card lost or stolen, Capital One will immediately lock the lost card so no one else can use it and issue you a replacement card with a new card number.

Damaged Card

Capital One understands that after a while there can be some wear and tear on your card that makes it impossible or difficult to use, like a scratched swipe strip or worn off numbers. We’ll send you a replacement card, free of charge, that’s identical to the damaged card. Your card number will not change.
