How do I get a business debit card?
Sign into your business account online, select Order a debit card under Account Services & Settings and follow the instructions. You can also contact us Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m. ET. at 888-755-2172 to order a business debit card.
How do I activate my business debit card?
You can activate your new business debit card online or by phone at 844-242-2386. You’ll also find specific activation instructions outlined in your welcome kit once you receive your new card.
Are contactless debit payments as secure as chip payments?
Yes. Each contactless transaction creates a unique one-time code or password, which reduces security risks—and it can be read only by the card-processing network.
