Priority Pass for Venture X & Venture X Business cardholders

Ready for your upcoming flight? If you’re a Capital One Venture X or Venture X Business primary cardholder, make sure you activate your complimentary Priority Pass™ membership before you leave. 

What you’ll learn:

Priority Pass is one of the world’s leading airport lounge programs. After enrolling, eligible Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders have access to this global network of participating lounges when traveling.

You can view lounge locations or search by city, airport name or airport code on Capital One Travel.

Priority Pass lounges are comfortable spaces designed to elevate travel for business, pleasure and anything in between. Depending on the location, benefits may include:

• Thoughtfully designed spaces: Make yourself at home in well-appointed areas designed for calm and relaxation. Or use your time productively with free Wi-Fi and charging stations in most lounges. Some lounges even offer conference rooms for business meetings.

• Complimentary refreshments: Enjoy delicious snacks and drinks. Grab a soda. Order a spritz. Get whatever you’re in the mood for.

Follow these instructions to enroll and activate your Priority Pass membership: 

1. Sign in to the Capital One Mobile app. A verified Social Security number (SSN) is required to obtain Capital One online access and enroll in Priority Pass. 

2. Navigate to the Benefits page for your Venture X or Venture X Business card. 

3. Select the Priority Pass lounge access benefit, then select View Priority Pass. 

4. Follow the instructions to complete Priority Pass enrollment.

5. After completing enrollment, you’ll receive an email from Priority Pass with instructions about how to download the Priority Pass mobile app and access your digital membership card. 

Note: A phone number, email address and mailing address in your Capital One online profile are required for Priority Pass enrollment. You can add them or confirm this information is up to date by navigating to your Profile, then selecting Personal information in the Capital One Mobile app.
