This benefit is available to eligible accounts once every four years, and the credit applies to the first eligible transaction. If you apply for both programs, your reimbursement will go toward the program you applied to first.

How soon will I be reimbursed after applying for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry?
Applicable credits should post to the account within two billing cycles after applying for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry. The credit will apply to the first eligible transaction.

Can I get reimbursed for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry application fees?
Primary cardholders with eligible Capital One credit cards can be reimbursed for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry application fees. Eligible cards include:

- Venture X
- Venture X Business
- Spark Miles
Primary cardholders receive one statement credit per account every four years.
This means that if there are multiple account users on the card, only the first application fee will be reimbursed.
However, a primary cardholder paying for one application on one eligible Capital One card and another application on a different eligible Capital One card will receive one reimbursement for each account.
The credit should appear within two billing cycles and will apply to the first eligible transaction.
How often can I get reimbursed for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry?
Eligible cardholders should receive one statement credit per account every four years in connection with the Global Entry or TSA PreCheck program application fee.
The four-year period begins on the date when the reimbursement credit is posted to the account.
Statement credit amount may vary if application fees change; statement credit is based on the application fee at time of charge, up to $120.
Does Capital One reimburse CLEAR or any Trusted Traveler Program application fees?
Only TSA PreCheck and Global Entry application fees are eligible for reimbursement at this time.
