Managing your credit card rewards
You can manage your rewards in the Capital One Mobile app or on the website. Generally, you can view earned rewards online within 10 days of a purchase, but they may take up to two statement cycles to post to your account.

What are the requirements to redeem rewards?
If you have a Capital One card that earns rewards, you’ll earn rewards for all purchases (minus any credits or returns).
Your account must be open and in good standing to be eligible to redeem rewards. Accounts that are not in good standing (e.g., suspended, restricted, delinquent, or otherwise in default) or closed may stop earning rewards, have different redemption options or lose any unredeemed rewards.
What types of purchases qualify for rewards?
If you have a Capital One card that earns rewards, you’ll earn rewards on net purchases (minus any credits or returns).
Cash advances, balance transfers, checks used to access your account and cash equivalent transactions aren’t considered purchases and won’t earn rewards.
