For Third Year, Capital One Earns Highest Rank in J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study.
For the third consecutive year, Capital One was recognized with the top spot in the nation for Small Business Banking Customer Satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study.
The 2025 study surveyed 6,589 owners and financial decision-makers from small businesses. The respondents used business banking services on their overall customer satisfaction and experiences with the largest financial institutions in the United States. The study measures satisfaction rates across seven categories (in order of importance): level of trust; people; allowing me to bank how and when I want; account offerings; helping me save time or money for my business; digital channels; and resolving problems or complaints. The study was fielded from June to August 2025.
