A bowl of pumpkin puree with cinnamon in the middle.

How to Pumpkin Pie:

Prep time: 10 mins

Total time: 1 hour 10 mins

Yields: 2 pies

  •    ½ cup of sugar
  •     8 oz. softened cream cheese
  •     16 oz. Cool Whip
  •     1 tbsp. cinnamon
  •     2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  •     1 tsp. nutmeg
  •     2 cans pumpkin puree
  •     1 box vanilla pudding
  •     1 cup milk
  •     2 premade pie crusts

Start with two bowls. In the first bowl, add your cream cheese and Cool Whip, and blend together. Spread this mix evenly along the bottom layer of each pie crust.

In the second bowl, mix vanilla pudding and milk together before adding in pumpkin puree. Mix well. Add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg to your pumpkin mixture. That’s your second layer.

Spread the pumpkin mixture over the first cream cheese layer in the pie crust and leave in the fridge for one hour.

Now that’s a super simple pumpkin pie. Enjoy!
