Now she’s sharing her tips to elevate any space for the perfect March Madness® watch party. You don’t need to go out to get the experience of watching your favorite sports teams. Simple tricks—like adding pillows and blankets to your patio or taking the time for charcuterie—can make you feel like you’re out on the town watching the game, all from the comfort of your home.

From choosing the snacks to hanging up the perfect lighting, Elena’s ideas for an elevated watch party are ones you can’t miss. Follow along with her tips below and start doing more of what you love.  

Tip #1: Hang cool lights. Take your space to the next level by stringing some lights and dialing up the vibes. Trust Elena; you’ll thank her when the sun goes down. 

Tip #2: Get comfy. Just because you’re outside doesn’t mean you can’t get snuggly. Bring out some blankets and pillows, and invite all your pets so you can stay cozy while watching the games. 

Tip #3: Hang a hoop. You’re going to need to get in some shots between plays to relieve all that game stress. 

Tip #4: Charcuterie! Nothing brings rivals together like their love of meat and cheese—so bust out the board and bring on the flavor because no viewing party is complete without your favorite snacks. 

Tip #5: Forget your indoor voice. Real fans don’t hold back when cheering their team on. Head outside to enjoy the games, cheer loudly and don’t forget the laptop or tablet so your friends can join the party.
