Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are voluntary, associate-led groups that provide forums for connection, cultural celebration, community service and professional development. BRGs enrich our culture of belonging and deepen our understanding of diversity across people and experiences.

&family supports associates who are balancing career and caregiver responsibilities, and delivers practical advice for caregivers to connect associates to benefits and tools

empowHER elevates women and allies, providing support and advice while working to continue the advancement of women within and outside of Capital One

Origins empowers Asian and Pacific Islander (API) associates to achieve their work and life goals through sharing lived experiences, amplifying their voices and uplifting the API community

Salute enables military, military spouse and veteran associates to thrive through associate engagement, active duty transition, recruiting, community engagement and reserve support

CapAbilities provides community and resources for associates who identify with having a disability, as well as caregivers and allies

HOLA gives Hispanic associates the tools to thrive and strives to ensure all members feel a deep sense of belonging and discover valuable avenues to succeed

Out Front fosters open channels of communication and engagement among LGBTQ+ associates and focuses on raising awareness on community issues
