A memo can be added to your payment just before submitting the payment to the biller. The memo will be sent to the payee, but it will not be visible to you in your transaction details.


Please note: Most billers do not accept memos on electronic payments; however, if your payment is sent as a check (to a person or company), the text you provide will be printed on the check’s memo line before being mailed to the biller.
