Who can use Capital One Entertainment?
You can use the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform if:
- You're a Capital One cardholder with an eligible rewards credit card;
- Your account is in good standing;
- You are at least 18 years old; and
- You're a primary account holder or account manager for a consumer credit card OR you’re a primary account holder for a small business credit card.
Eligible cards include US-issued, Capital One branded, rewards-earning consumer and small business credit cards. Capital One debit cards, private label retail credit cards, and co-brand partner cards are not eligible for the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform.
Capital One also offers eligible cardholders access to exclusive pre-sales at capitalone.com/pre-sales; a list of upcoming pre-sales, which is not part of the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform. Capital One cardholder ticket and event offers on capitalone.com/pre-sales are open to Capital One cardholders with an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit card, as well as eligible Capital One debit cards and co-brand partner cards.
Capital One private label retail credit cards are not eligible for the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform or Capital One cardholder exclusive pre-sales.
How do I purchase tickets on Capital One Entertainment?
Eligible cardholders can access the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform through the Capital One mobile application, Capital One site, or by going to entertainment.capitalone.com. Before you can purchase tickets, you’ll need an online account.
Already have a Capital One online account? There’s nothing additional you need to do! Your existing username and password will work with Capital One Entertainment.
Don’t have an online account? Please follow these steps to get started.
- Set up online access on Capital One’s website.
- Enter your personal information in the fields provided.
- Select a username and password for your account.
Once you’re ready to purchase tickets, you can seek out something specific or explore our cardholder exclusive events. Once you’ve found an event and tickets that fit your needs, follow the guided steps at checkout.

What are “Cardholder Exclusive” tickets?
Through the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform, eligible Capital One cardholders have access to select “Capital One Cardholder Exclusive” tickets. The number of “Capital One Cardholder Exclusives” or “Capital One Exclusives” available for purchase on the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform may vary by venue, capacity and other circumstances. They are also limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and limits on the total number of tickets that can be purchased per order or customer may apply.
I see that Capital One Entertainment has tickets to dining events, but I’m looking for exclusive dining reservations. Where do I go to find those?

**The 8% cash back on Capital One Entertainment purchases includes tickets purchased on the Capital One Entertainment ticketing platform only, paid for with an eligible Capital One Savor or SavorOne card. The 8% excludes: (i) tickets purchased through the Capital One cardholder exclusive pre-sales page (www.capitalone.com/pre-sales); (ii) tickets purchased directly through the Capital One Hall or Capital One Arena ticketing services; and (iii) dining reservations or purchases through Capital One Dining. Your account must be open and in good standing to earn cash back and cash back earned will post to your account within 1-2 billing cycles. Cash back earned will be reclaimed if you cancel or return an eligible purchase, and the offer is valid for consumer, non-commercial use only. Cash back rewards are subject to the terms and conditions disclosed when you opened your account and any subsequent amendments.
The number of tickets you may purchase for an event may be limited. Some events may have age restrictions and some offerings may have an additional cost or be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
