Section 1.  THE SERVICE.

These ATM Deposit-Only Card Service Terms (the “Service Terms”) set forth the terms under which Bank will issue ATM cards (each, a “Card”) allowing Customer’s employees, agents and/or others to whom Customer issues a Card (each, a “Cardholder”) to make deposits at any one of Bank’s ATM locations that accepts deposits to Customer’s Account(s) (the “Service”). The Service is also subject to the General Provisions of the Treasury Management Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) as if fully incorporated herein and all Applicable Laws.  In the event of a conflict between these Service Terms and other terms in the Agreement, these Service Terms shall control.  Unless otherwise defined herein, any capitalized terms shall have the meaning as set forth in the Agreement.  Any reference to the Agreement herein shall be deemed to include these Service Terms.

Section 2.  CARD ISSUANCE AND LIMITATIONS.

Customer must designate, on the applicable Operational Instructions, the Cardholders that should receive a Card and other certain required Cardholder information, including the address where the Card will be mailed by Bank, and the Account number(s) to which the Card will be eligible to make deposits.  Bank is not responsible for verifying the address provided by Customer for each Cardholder or other information provided on the Operational Instructions.

Cards can only be used to initiate deposits and will not have withdrawal, purchase or payment capabilities.  Using a Card to make deposits may only be done at a Bank-owned ATM.  Cardholders can deposit bills in any denomination or checks in a Bank ATM. The quantity of bills accepted in a deposit varies by ATM.  Deposits made using the Cards will be subject to the Deposit Availability Disclosure in Bank’s Rules Governing Deposit Accounts, as it may be amended from time to time.
