Venture X cardholders are eligible to enroll in Priority Pass after receiving their Venture X card in the mail—that’s typically 1 to 2 weeks after they’ve been approved for their card. Here’s how to access your free membership:

1. To activate Priority Pass, visit the Capital One Priority Pass page or follow the link from your Capital One Priority Pass welcome email.
2. Once you receive your physical Venture X card in the mail, enter the 16-digit number on the card—without any spaces or dashes—and then click Submit. 
3. Select your country of residence to continue.
4. Follow the steps to provide your address and create an account.
5. Enter your billing details. Don’t worry, you won’t be billed for your membership. These details will simply help identify you when you arrive at a participating Priority Pass lounge. 
6. Read and accept the membership declaration.
7. Click Join. 

Once you’ve enrolled, sign in to your account through the Priority Pass website or mobile app. Then, you can search for the airport of your choice to explore available lounges.

Venture X Business cardholders can sign in to their accounts online or through the Capital One Mobile app to activate their Priority Pass membership.
