How does the Capital One Business referral program work?

The Capital One Business referral program incentivizes current and eligible Capital One business cardholders to refer business contacts to Capital One by offering a bonus in the form of a statement credit or miles reward balance. If they’re approved, they’ll experience the benefits of a Capital One business card. If you’re a Capital One business cardholder, you can refer your business contacts in three easy steps:

  1. Sign in to your account to check your eligibility and maximum referral bonus amount.
  2. Share your custom referral link with your eligible contacts.
  3. If their applications are approved, you’ll receive a bonus for each referral you make in the form of a statement credit or miles reward balance. This reward will come to you within eight weeks, sometimes sooner.

Whether you have a no preset spending limit card or a traditional fixed-line credit card, you could be eligible for a referral bonus.

What are the eligibility guidelines?

Eligibility for the Capital One Business referral program has a few requirements, such as:

  • Your account must be open and in good standing.

  • Your business referrals cannot be existing Capital One business cardholders.

  • Your business referrals must submit an application and be approved for the card before you can receive the bonus.

  • Your business referrals must apply by using your unique referral link.

  • Your business referrals must be separate from any businesses you own.

While you can make unlimited referrals, you’ll only be compensated up to the maximum bonus amount associated with your account.
