Capital One Dining is a new reservation-booking platform for rewards-earning cardholders that will unlock unforgettable culinary experiences and exclusive access to sought-after reservations at a collection of top-rated restaurants in select U.S. cities.

Watch as entrepreneur, Miami lifestyle influencer and Capital One partner Paola Alberdi (@paolaalberdi) gives us the dish on why she loves Capital One Dining, while tasting her way through the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. As we follow Paola through exquisite tastings at several exclusive cardholder events, she gives the lowdown on the benefits of Capital One Dining. With access to hard-to-get reservations, special dining experiences and an exceptional list of restaurants curated by culinary experts, Paola shares her excitement about everything Capital One Dining offers rewards-earning cardholders like her.

In one of Paola’s meals, we join her at a special barmini experience hosted by Chef José Andrés (@chefjoseandres), a world-renowned chef, restaurateur and founder of the nonprofit World Central Kitchen. Chef José also happens to be a Capital One Dining partner and meets Paola for a quick chat, giving insight into his own curated restaurant list, which is available on Capital One Dining.
