Frequently asked questions
Will my credit card payment due dates remain the same?
Your credit card due date will likely stay the same. For some customers, we will change your due date cycle to avoid technical issues. If your due date changes, we'll notify you by letter or email, and you'll also see it in your first monthly statement.
If you have multiple credit card accounts, please note they may be moving at different times. Please pay careful attention to your payment due dates to ensure no payments get missed.
Will primary cardholders receive a new card?

Will authorized users and joint account holders receive a new card?
Yes. Authorized users and joint account holders will receive a new card with their own unique 16-digit card number, mailed to the primary cardholder. We will let the primary cardholder know when the new cards are on their way. Until then, authorized users and joint account holders can continue using their current card.
