Cashier’s Check Kiosk: (in-person)
The Cashier’s Check Kiosk (CCK) is a stand-alone machine allowing customers to self-service their cashier’s check transactions through a mobile-driven kiosk.
The Cashier's Check Kiosk (CCK) is currently available at a limited number of Capital One Café locations.
CCK limits, eligibility and availability:
Eligible accounts: Only Capital One customers with 360 Checking, Total Control Checking or Simply Checking accounts are eligible to use the CCK.
Device requirements: Customers need a smartphone with the Capital One Mobile app, a camera and internet access to use the kiosk.
Check limits: The total of all cashier’s checks printed at the kiosk cannot exceed $2,500 per customer per day.
Before you go: Cashier’s Check Kiosks are featured in a limited number of Capital One Cafés. Contact your nearest Capital One Café and ask Ambassadors about Cashier’s Check Kiosk availability.
Order Cashier’s Check online:
Sign in to your account online, and select which account you want to draw money from to fund your cashier's check.
On the web:
Click “account services & settings” under your account’s balance information.

Under the “checks” category, select “cashier’s check.”

Follow the prompts to order your cashier’s check.
Order a cashier’s check on the app:

On the app:
Select “view all” from the “I want to…” menu.
