Your debit card will continue working through the end of the expiration month. You should automatically receive a new card in the mail during the month your old card is set to expire.

Don't see a new card in your mailbox by the end of the expiration month? We can send you a new one.

  1. Sign in online at capitalone.com or on the Capital One mobile app (text “MOBILE” to 80101 for a link to download).
  2. Select the spending account for your expired debit card.
  3. Choose Account Services & Settings online, or scroll down to Debit Card Help in the app.
  4. Choose Replace Lost Card online, or Lost Card in the app, and follow the steps.
  5. Track your debit card delivery online.
