Mary Attea is the executive chef and partner of Elizabeth Street Hospitality, overseeing several NYC restaurants and bakeries including Musket Room, Raf’s and Cafe Zaffri. She is a three-time James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: New York State and was selected as one of Food & Wine’s best new chefs of 2024.
