Chef Jose Luis Hinostroza honed his craft in world-class kitchens around the globe. He is the co-founder of Arca in Tulum, whose modern open-fire Mexican cuisine has earned global acclaim. He also founded Mecenas Bar, Mira Poolside and Mestixa, which won recognition from the Michelin Guide for creativity and technique.
