You can switch to paperless statements through the website:
Step 1:
Sign in to capitalone.com
Step 2:
Click on any of your open Capital One accounts
Step 3:
Click “Account Services & Settings”
Step 4:
Click “Paperless”
Please Note: You will be required to have a valid email address on file in order to enroll in paperless statements.
