When this happens, our Online Banking website and related services might be unavailable. We will not be liable to you for any service interruptions or other unavailability of our Online Banking services. 

You agree that you will only use the Capital One Software on a mobile device owned by you. You agree to keep your mobile device and sign in information secure. If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your Capital one Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions. 

Capital One or its licensors may provide or make available through Capital One and/or its agents its Capital One Software. Capital One and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to Capital One Software at any time without notice. In no event will Capital One or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Capital One Software. 

Capital One may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain services related to Capital One Software, in any case and without notice or liability,
