c. Additional Cardholder Lounge Access and Fees
Additional Cardholder Lounge Access Overview
For an additional $125 per person (the “Lounge Access Fee”), Venture X and Venture X Business primary cardholders and account managers may purchase airport lounge access for eligible additional cardholders (including authorized users and account managers). The Lounge Access Fee is charged to the primary cardholder’s card and renews annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Airport lounge access includes unlimited access to Capital One Lounges and Landings and participating Priority Pass lounges, subject to eligibility requirements.
Additional Cardholder Lounge Access Eligibility
To purchase lounge access for an additional cardholder, the Venture X or Venture X Business account must be in good standing.
To be eligible for airport lounge access, additional cardholders must be at least 18 years old and eligible for a Capital One online account. Setting up a Capital One online account requires verification of the additional cardholder’s Social Security number (SSN). If the SSN cannot be verified, online access cannot be granted to the additional cardholder.
Up to 4 additional cardholders can be added to a Venture X card account. Venture X primary cardholders and account managers can purchase lounge access for all eligible additional cardholders.
Up to 99 additional cardholders can be added to a Venture X Business card account. Venture X Business primary cardholders and account managers can purchase lounge access for up to 4 eligible additional cardholders.
If an additional cardholder with airport lounge access is removed from the account, they will lose airport lounge access immediately.
In the event the primary cardholder’s Venture X or Venture X Business card account is closed or changed to another product, all additional cardholders with airport lounge access will lose airport lounge access immediately.
Airport lounge access may be suspended or terminated in the event of fraud or suspected fraud, a violation or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions or the lounge Code of Conduct, or for any reason permitted by law. Airport lounge access is non-transferrable and cannot be paused by any user.
Additional Cardholder Lounge Access Offerings
Airport lounge access for additional cardholders who have paid the Lounge Access Fee includes the following, subject to eligibility requirements:
Unlimited access to Capital One Lounges
Unlimited access to Capital One Landings
Unlimited access to participating Priority Pass lounges*
*Priority Pass lounge access is subject to cardholder enrollment in Priority Pass.
Additional Cardholder Lounge Access Fee and Automatic Renewal
The Lounge Access Fee will be charged to the primary cardholder’s Venture X or Venture X Business card, and the primary cardholder is responsible for the payment of such fee.
The Lounge Access Fee may take up to 5 days to post to the account, however, airport lounge access is activated when the Lounge Access Fee for the additional cardholder is charged. In certain circumstances, access may take up to 48 hours.
Account credits may not be used to pay for, or be applied toward the payment of the Lounge Access Fee.
Rewards are not earned on the payment of the Lounge Access Fee and the payment of the Lounge Access Fee will not be applied toward any spending requirement to earn an account, rewards, or other bonus, in the event such bonuses are offered.
If a cardholder qualifies for Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) benefits, the Lounge Access Fee may be waived.
The Lounge Access Fee amount may change at any time. In the event the Lounge Access Fee changes, we will notify the primary cardholder.
Airport lounge access for the additional cardholder is valid for one year from the date when the Lounge Access Fee is first charged or renewed (the “Lounge Access Period”). Unless canceled prior to the end of the current Lounge Access period, airport lounge access for the additional cardholder will automatically renew on an annual basis as long as the primary cardholder is in good standing on their Venture X or Venture X Business card account and the additional cardholder is eligible for airport lounge access.
Upon renewal, the card of the primary cardholder will be charged the Lounge Access Fee.
A primary cardholder or additional cardholder can cancel the renewal of airport lounge access. See “How to Cancel Additional Cardholder Lounge Access” below for more information.
Prior to the end of any Lounge Access Period, we will notify the primary cardholder that the Lounge Access Fee for an additional cardholder is due for automatic renewal for an additional term of the same length. In this notification, we will provide details of the renewed Lounge Access Period, the Lounge Access Fee, and instructions on how to cancel the automatic renewal of the Lounge Access Fee.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the primary cardholder or account manager is authorizing a recurring payment and permitting us to charge any sums due, including, but not limited to, the full Lounge Access Fee.
We reserve the right to refuse to grant or renew airport lounge access in our sole discretion and for any reason permitted by law.
How to Cancel Additional Cardholder Lounge Access
The primary cardholder and additional cardholders have the right to cancel airport lounge access for any additional cardholder at any time, which will result in the removal of such access for the applicable additional cardholder.
Primary cardholders may cancel airport lounge access for additional cardholders through the Capital One mobile app, their Capital One online account or by calling the number on the back of their Venture X or Venture X Business card.
Account managers may cancel airport lounge access for themselves as well as other additional cardholders through the Capital One mobile app, their Capital One online account or by calling the number on the back of their Venture X or Venture X Business card.
Authorized users may cancel airport lounge access for themselves by requesting the primary cardholder or account manager cancel on their behalf, or by calling the number on the back of their card.
If airport lounge access is canceled within the eligible refund window, the additional cardholder’s lounge access will be canceled immediately and a full refund of the Lounge Access Fee will be issued to the primary cardholder’s Venture X or Venture X Business card.
If airport lounge access is canceled outside the eligible refund window, the additional cardholder’s lounge access will be removed at the end of the current paid for Lounge Access Period, and the Lounge Access Period will not automatically renew for another year (and the Lounge Access Fee will not automatically be charged).

Entry Requirements
All visitors must present a valid boarding pass with a confirmed seat assignment for a departing or connecting same-day flight. Visitors with a same-day connecting flight may access Lounge or Landing locations beyond 3 hours, as long as they are able to present both their arrival and departure boarding passes.
Flight delays or interruptions will have no impact on access to Lounges or Landings as long as visitors enter within 3 hours of their originally scheduled departure time. Visitors cannot enter Lounge or Landing locations without a new departure boarding pass for a rescheduled flight.
Airline, airport and industry employees are not permitted access while working and/or while in uniform (this includes employees of any airline and private, corporate and charter aircraft carriers).

When paying by card, visitors must use their eligible Capital One card to pay for discounted entry (as described above). Checks, virtual card numbers and other digital payment methods such as Google Pay™ or Apple Pay® are not accepted.
Capital One will not be held liable for any technology failure that results in a visitor’s displacement on the waitlist. In such an event, the Lounge or Landing location will attempt to correct the error but cannot guarantee access.
Capital One reserves the right to reserve seats and prioritize individual entry.
Compensation
Capital One cardholders will not be compensated for changes in locations, policies, rates, operating hours and/or closures, or if the Lounge or Landing location is not available due to capacity.

We reserve the right to remove any visitor or refuse admittance to any entrant for such conduct or for failing to comply with these terms, and this may result in permanent removal of all Capital One Lounge and Landing benefits.
If Capital One, or its Lounge operation partners, determine in their discretion that you have engaged in abuse, misuse or gaming in connection with Lounge or Landing access (including the use of entry credentials or documents generated solely for lounge access purposes) or behave in a manner that you intend to do so, you may be asked to leave and this may result in permanent removal of all Capital One Lounge and Landing benefits.
