To be eligible for a statement credit up to $120, you must use your U.S.-issued eligible card to complete the application and pay the application fee for either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®. You are eligible for one statement credit per account every 4 years in connection with the Global Entry or TSA PreCheck® program application fee. The credit amount will match the application fee paid, up to $120. Application fees charged to any card other than an eligible card or paid via PayPal are not eligible for this account's credit. Only application fees paid directly to official TSA PreCheck® enrollment providers are eligible for a statement credit. If Capital One determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in or intend to abuse, misuse, or game this benefit, Capital One reserves the right to withhold or reverse any statement credits provided to you.

Applicable credits should post to the account within two billing cycles after applying for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck. The credit will apply to the first eligible transaction. Your eligible card account must be open and in good standing at the time of statement credit fulfillment. Statement credits will be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, or modified.

TSA PreCheck® is a U.S. Government program, operated by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Cards eligible for an upgrade to Hertz President’s Circle® Status include: Venture X and Venture X Business.

Cards eligible for an upgrade to Hertz Five Star® Status include Venture, Venture Business, VentureOne, VentureOne Business, Quicksilver, Quicksilver Student, Savor, Savor Student, Spark Miles and Spark Miles Select.

Eligible cardholders must enroll in the Hertz® Gold+™ status upgrade through the unique Benefits Tab link found within the Capital One website or mobile app after logging in. Cardholders can find the link to enroll by visiting their eligible card’s Rewards tab or Capital One Travel Benefits tab and by clicking on the Hertz benefit tile. Upon doing so, a new webpage will open; there, Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders will be able to enroll directly in or request an upgrade to Hertz President’s Circle® status and Venture, Venture Business, VentureOne, VentureOne Business, Quicksilver, Quicksilver Student, Savor, Savor Student, Spark Miles and Spark Miles Select cardholders will be able to enroll directly in or request an upgrade to Hertz Five Star® status.

Age restrictions apply. Please note, enrolling through the normal Hertz Gold+ enrollment process (e.g., enrolling directly at Hertz.com) will not automatically detect a cardholder as being eligible for the program and cardholders will not be automatically upgraded to the applicable status tier. Cardholders must go through the above process to be successfully enrolled. Skip the counter is available at select locations.

After successful registration, Hertz will process the request and status will be effective 24-72 hours after registration. Upon enrollment, eligible cardholders will remain at that status level through the duration of the offer, at which point they will be reverted to the level commensurate with Hertz standard usage policies.
