The following revisions have been made to the Commercial Bank and Small Business Banking’s Rules Governing effective:

Rules Governing Deposit Accounts
Section 1.5 of the Rules Governing has been updated to clarify the order of precedence in the event of a conflict between the terms of the Rules Governing and the terms and conditions for other Bank products or services related to an Account (“Other Terms”). As updated, the Other Terms will control over the Rules Governing unless expressly provided otherwise in the Other Terms.

The following two sections were removed from the Rules Governing Home page as the Rules Governing is comprehensive:
1. Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement and disclosure for personal and commercial accounts, Effective February 9, 2022; and,
2. Wire Funds Transfer Disclosure Statement, Effective September 17, 2020.
