Paze supports eligible credit and debit cards from participating banks and credit unions. Sign in to your Capital One account online or through the mobile app to see which of your Capital One cards are eligible for Paze.

You don’t need to sign up, just activate Paze, and look for the Paze logo when you check out at a participating merchant. Or, enter the email address or phone number associated with your Capital One account when shopping online.

You can opt out of Paze at paze.com/optout. If you’d like to opt in again in the future, you can do so by enrolling your eligible cards using the Capital One Mobile app or by signing into your account online.

No, there are no additional costs or fees to use Paze.

Yes, when you use Paze, rewards are still collected based on the program associated with your credit or debit card. Please see your rewards program terms and conditions for more information.  
 

Paze online checkout is offered by participating banks and credit unions, including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, Elan, PNC, Star One, Truist, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo.

Paze uses the email address associated with your credit card or debit card account at your participating financial institution. An email address can be associated with only one Paze wallet. For the best experience, we recommend that you avoid using an email address that you share with someone else. Capital One also allows you to add your preferred shopping email for easier access to Paze.  

A passkey is a digital credential that allows you to sign in and authenticate your Paze wallet without having to enter an SMS one-time passcode. You can register a passkey to access your Paze wallet during checkout or at mywallet.paze.com. With a passkey, you’ll be prompted to sign in using your device’s authentication methods, such as your face, fingerprint, PIN or the password for your device. Once created, passkeys are synced with your password manager (for example, iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager) or a security key (for example, Yubikey).  

You can manage or delete a passkey at mywallet.paze.com. Navigate to the Profile tab and click Manage passkeys to delete an individual passkey or all passkeys from your Paze wallet. You may also be able to delete a passkey from your device’s password manager.
