I currently use Online Bill Pay. What does that mean for me?
After May 15, Capital One will no longer offer Online Bill Pay -- the service which allows you to pay other billers directly from the Capital One web site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

 

Can I still pay my Capital One bill online?
Yes. Although you will no longer be able to pay other bills through Capital One's web site, you will still be able to make a payment to Capital One online.

 

What will happen to my account information?
Rest assured -- protecting your sensitive information is our highest priority. Your user names, passwords and other account information associated with Online Bill Pay will be completely erased.

 

  

 

Which payments will be affected by this change?
One-Time and Scheduled payments will not be paid after May 15. Please make other arrangements to pay these bills.

Bills set up as Automated payments will continue to be paid. However, to make changes, you must contact the biller directly. To determine which accounts have been set up for Automated payments, simply go to Bill Pay now.
