The Chevrolet Trax is a subcompact crossover SUV with seating for up to five people. Built in South Korea, the Trax debuted in the U.S. for the 2015 model year as a practical and affordable, if not roomy, small SUV. Initially, it came only with a 138 hp turbocharged four-cylinder engine, but in later years, power bumped up to 155 hp. All-wheel drive was optional. Chevrolet announced it would discontinue the Trax after the 2022 model year, but the name could live on, applied to a different vehicle in the future.
