“I used to have a 5 star review for this dealership. But my most recent trip changed that. Recently I went here to get an oil change and my tire pressure monitoring system checked out. Turns out 3 of the 4 monitors needed to be replaced. When discussing this with my service tech he said "do you want to replace all 4, they only run about $100 a piece?". So I agreed. Now the issue is partly on me because I did not specifically ask how much labor would be involved, but again I have had great success with this dealership in the past and assumed the same level of customer service would continue. 4 hour later, I see my bill of $1200, $850 of which is for the monitors.
I would recommend to anyone using this deal ship for service, please please ask for all cost up front so you are not surprised as I was. As for me, I will not be back. Too many other options available.”

“Stranded in Columbus 500 miles from home on a Saturday. Every other dealership was only doing oil changes or couldn't schedule me until days out. Twins Buick GMC had a "Let's see what we can do" attitude. Everyone from reception, to service manager, to mechanic had that same approach after hearing my story. I was able to drive my truck safely home that day.
The receptionist knows her staff well and will do her best to get the right information to the right people in a timely manner. She'll follow up with you if anything changes.
The service manager is a solutions-oriented team leader that doesn't want to charge you for something you don't need.
The mechanic reminds me of my high school biology teacher and will concisely and patiently explain what's going on with your vehicle.
I have a 2017 Chevy Colorado Diesel. Great MPG. Good for long road trips or driving up 14k foot mountains. There's a lot of technology involved to keep it running clean to reduce emissions that can be harmful to people and the environment. VW was sued for billions of dollars for cheating on its diesels over a decade ago. Currently the UK is suing several car manufacturers suspected of doing the same. Unlike those cars, this Chevy comes with technology designed to keep the driver honest and emissions low if not maintained properly. The truck wouldn't let me drive past a certain speed if I didn't address this issue that's how I ended up here.
I learned a lot about my truck and systems used to keep my emissions low.”

“I just want to say thanks, to the whole team @ TBG I'm truly blessed. (THEY MAKE IT SO EASY!) They owned up to there word.
I was shopping around for a while at other dealerships they made it so hard and difficult. "But right as I walked in they said we got you", even if you have income from Rideshare! So to everyone out there, it didn't matter if you have rideshare income, just long as you have income! They did everything possible to make sure I walked out with a vehicle. Best dealership, great customer service. Very clean and professional. .
