“I bought a used Chevy Colorado truck here in December because I knew the salesman. He was cool. The rest of the experience was not.
The closing process was unpleasant. The woman I dealt with was very aggressive in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I believe it would have added another $3k to the sales price. When I passed she got annoyed and said that if I drove the truck off the lot and the engine fell out of it, I'd be on my own.
Funnily enough, turns out I probably should have bought the extended warranty because they sold me a stinker of a vehicle. Its cooling system is messed up and the truck has some electrical issues.
I've reached out to the salesman to see if there was anything they could do since I don't think I've even driven the truck a 1000 miles. Funnily enough, the salesman no longer works here. He said he still knows a couple of good guys at the dealership and said he'd ask one of them to reach out to me. It's 2 weeks since I talked to him and I still haven't heard anything.
So yeah, I don't think this dealer is trustworthy. I have a truck with multiple issues and no apparent recourse. I think they knew the vehicle was unreliable and the extended warranty they offered was expensive and unclear as to the actual benefit it might have provided.
I wouldn't trust this dealership and buying from them seems to have been a mistake.”

“I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Ford service center and will not be returning.
When I arrived, there were three employees sitting at desks (one on the phone, two typing) and several others walking around. None of them appeared particularly busy, yet I was told to wait until someone was “ready” to help me. I had an appointment to drop off my truck, but despite that, I spent about 10 minutes standing around and less than a minute actually speaking to someone once I was finally brought to a desk. I was made to feel like an inconvenience for simply showing up to an appointment I had scheduled in advance.
I dropped my truck off at 10:00 AM. At 2:00 PM — four hours later — I received a call asking why my truck was even there. By 5:00 PM, I was told the issue with my seat heater was a broken coil and that the repair would cost an additional $400–$500 on top of a $200 diagnostic fee. I was also told the part would take two days to order. Since this was a Wednesday and they do not perform repairs over the weekend, that meant I would be without my vehicle until sometime the following week.
I ultimately picked up my truck with a bill exceeding $700.
The only reason I went to a Ford dealership was because I reasonably assumed they would have the correct parts on hand and the expertise to diagnose and repair the issue efficiently. Waiting five hours to even look at a vehicle when the customer has an appointment is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service throughout this process was shocking.
To make matters worse, it is standard practice in the industry to waive the diagnostic fee if the repair is completed at the same service center. Charging $200 just to look at the vehicle — on top of the repair — is absurd and reflects very poorly on this dealership’s customer service standards.
Between the disorganization, delays, dismissive attitude, and excessive fees, this was a thoroughly disappointing experience.”

“Mr.Hill at the pre owned lot Valley Ford Columbus, Ohio for work vans and trucks.I couldn't say enough about him... The integrity in this man is beyond I've ever known!!! The experience of buying a work Van from him was literally priceless. Anyone out there and needs a work vehicleI "I wouldn't go anywhere else".!!
