“I have mixed feelings about this place. My wife and I have both had positive experiences buying vehicles here. However, my last experience with the service department has me feeling like should not return there for future service. This past August, I brought in my 2018 Ford Explorer to have Rear Differential Seals put on. This was covered under warranty. My car was there a week as the technician experienced a number of difficulties that even included my exhaust needing replaced. I was actually charged for this, but after reading the tech's notes, I realized that the exhaust needed replaced because the manual he was following poorly instructed him on the repair! A wheel bearing also need replaced among other parts. I talked to the service manager and I was refunded my money. So if you get service there, for sure read the notes with your check out packet! Now, for two months, it seemed like my Explorer was not riding as smooth as it was. After a terrible drive on a rainy day where I had to drive 50mph in the right lane on I71, I realized my 1 year old rear tires were totally bald! I took my Explorer to my mechanic who said that absolutely should not be and that my alignment was SIGNIFICANTLY out of wack. I was curious to see if an alignment check was done after all of my work at Valley.....and this is where I am really iffy with them now. After multiple emails and calls, I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I would like to think that they would at least like to follow up considering the major safety concern. Although I have no way of proving my vehicle was out of alignment because of that service, it is certainly a good possibility considering all of the problems the tech had installing the seals. So that's a long way of saying SALES - good. SERVICE - do not assume everything is being handled correctly.”

“I purchased my car here 2 years ago. I paid extra for an extended warranty which was to include powertrain coverage up to at least 100,000 miles. Everything else was 60,000 or 5 years. I would not have purchased the warranty if it had not included the powertrain coverage at 100,000. The pamphlet provided to me even shows this coverage. Valley Ford is trying to say everything is 60,000 and that's how I purchased it. So they basically screwed up.my warranty even though the pamphlet shows my car should be covered. I was told it was "generic wording" When asked to speak with a manager I was told they were in a meeting and it may be awhile. I asked they be notified a customer wanted to speak with them. I waited for 20-30 minutes with no one coming to talk to me or even acknowledge my presence. I was informed I needed to speak with Jason or Blake but I guess they couldn't be bothered. The service guy (don't remember his name) was kind but this was over what he could do and no one over him was willing to help. I did offer to pay for a diagnostic check on my car but was totally ignored. I just want to find out what the issue is. I believed I was lied to and led to purchase a faulty agreement. I feel I was taken advantage of and now they dont want to fix their mistake or honor the warranty. In my opinion, this shows unethical and careless business practices. It seems they only care about money and not customer satisfaction. It's a shame they treat customers (especially women) this way. It's a shame! The service guy said he would have management reach out to me. I will amend this review if they do and I get satisfactory results. Until then...buyer beware!!”
