“James Price was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find cars within my budget. We ran into a few issues with my bank, but James came up with a great solution and made sure I still got the car I wanted. Since this was my first time buying a car, I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was - he kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I ended up with a 2022 Honda SI and couldn’t be happier! The entire experience was a 10 out of 10 thanks to James.”

“Super easy and quick purchase! I flew in from out of state to buy a work truck. Joshua Shepherd and Dino got us in and out quick. Vehicle was ready when we got there. They offered attractive financing as well but I have a credit union that nobody could beat for rates. Their dinner and hotel recommendations were spot on too, thanks! We had a great time while in town”

“BAD BUSINESS. 0/10 would NOT recommend. They tell lies & do not keep their word! The vehicle I purchased was paid for in cash. Shortly before wiring the money, I asked the salesman if there's any scratches or blemishes on the vehicle, he pointed out one small scratch & said that was the only one, so they buffed it out. But he failed to mention the other scratches & minor damage on the vehicle. I live in Houston, my parents live in Toledo so they drove to Columbus to pick up the vehicle for me. Upon picking up the vehicle, there were multiple visible scratches & rim damage. Plus all of windows were tinted except for the back passenger window, that window wasn't tinted at all. The vehicle wasn't washed either, filthy on the outside. Paid 32k for this car & they couldn't even wash it? When the manager was asked "this is how you deliver cars to customers?" His response was "well you don't have to take it" AFTER it was already paid for!! Mind you I flew all the way from Texas just to purchase this vehicle AND it was paid for in cash. Since the dealership couldn't fix the scratches & rim damage that day, I had to drive from Toledo all the way back down to Columbus to get it fixed. They fixed the rims & wrote me a check to compensate for the missing window tint, but couldn't get all of the scratches out so another manager told me he would mail me a paint pen to cover those scratches. Weeks went by, I didn't receive anything in the mail so l left the manager 3 messages. Here we are over a month later & I have yet to receive the paint pen. Overall TERRIBLE experience with this dealership. I would give zero stars if I could.”
