Then at the dealership forget about it! The process there was done in under 45 minutes. Then the instructions and how easy it is to access your loan through the app is amazing! Easy to use website and getting my car was a breeze. They didn't ask for proof of income or anything else. Plus I pay my bill off every month so they are paying me 2% to use their money. I have 3 credit cards. First one had a $500 limit then 2nd went to $5000 then 3rd went to $7000. Ive never had one problem with them.

Capitol One Auto Navigator was easy to use, straightforward and made my car-buying experience easier than any other I have gone through. The selection of cars and dealers was great. The process was streamlined. The time at the dealer was cut short because of this. Immediately after the purchase, the account was set up online and on my mobile device to make tracking my loan and making payments really convenient. Pure praise for the entire process.

I was not in the market for a car. I received a letter from Capital One stating thanks for my loyalty and to check out the Auto Navigator without an inquiry. I went to the site and keyed in my info and later got an email they needed more info, which was a pay stub. A day later I get another email stating to call. I assumed it was a denial. I called and had to verify some info bc of a fraud alert on my credit report. The rep was very helpful in explaining the process after she informed me of my approval amount. I used capital one's site to find a vehicle. The site also showed me my monthly payment and finance rate. Once I found a vehicle I called the dealership, bc it was in another state, and spoke with them and they invited me in. I test drove the vehicle, fell in love and began to negotiate. I feel bc I was already preapproved it gave me more strength to negotiate bc the dealer knew they would lose a customer who was ready to buy and already approved. I got a great deal, signed and drove away. I didn't have to pay a down payment, which this was a first time for me, but the finance manager told me if i put don $500 i could reduce my interest rate by a whole point. So of course I did. I would definitely go through this process again to purchase a vehicle. The pros are it was fast and easy. The con is i got hit with an inquiry from the dealer which i dont see why that was necessary.

You take the guess work and stress out of purchasing a car. The whole process is transparent. The website with financial options allowed me the opportunity to find the right car with the right terms. It took me less than an hour to test drive the car and close on the financing. Could not recommend more highly!

My Capital One auto loan made it easy for me to find the vechicle i wanted. The purchase was the best experiencein ever had buying a car. No pressure or haggling. The terms change from vechicle to vechicle and some of the vechicle on the site were not able to be financed through Capital One which caused some frustration. But I'm really happy with my car.

I faxed the necessary documents the next day and 24 hrs later.....yes 24 I left the dealership with a 2012 bmw 328i with next to nothing as a down payment
