Capital One Business Travel is a business-grade travel management platform for business cardholders and their employees to help streamline business travel booking, policies and management.
All Capital One Business cards get access to Capital One Business Travel as their sole travel booking and management platform.
Access to Capital One Business Travel is a standard feature of your eligible card. Primary cardholders or designated admins can also invite guest users to create login credentials to make bookings through Capital One Business Travel.
You’ll need to have an online account to make reservations with Capital One Business Travel. Once you do, you can make new bookings online or by contacting Capital One Business Travel by phone—please note, bookings made over the phone may incur a booking fee.
If you don’t have an online account, follow these steps to set up an online account:
- Set up online access on Capital One’s website.
- Enter your personal information in the fields provided.
- Select a username and password for your account.
- Now you’re all set to book through Capital One Business Travel.
- If you already have an online account, your username and password will work with the Capital One Business Travel booking experience, so you don’t need to create a separate login.

Lifestyle Collection booking must be made through Capital One Business Travel in the eligible cardholder’s name, with the cardholder as a member of party traveling, to qualify for benefits. 4. Annually, eligible Venture X Business primary account holders will receive a $300 Capital One Business Travel credit ("Credit") to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual Credit will expire on the next account open date anniversary. The Credit will be available within Capital One Business Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The Credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the Credit. If the purchase using the Credit is canceled, the Credit will be restored if it is not expired. An expired Credit will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture X Business card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the Credit.
5. Annually, eligible Venture Business primary account holders will receive a $50 Capital One Business Travel credit (“Credit”) to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual Credit will expire on the next account open date anniversary. The Credit will be available within Capital One Business Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The Credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the Credit. A Venture Business card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the Credit.
Annually, each Venture Business account is eligible to receive up to an annual $50 statement credit for purchases at qualifying advertising or software merchants. Purchases from these merchants are generally considered eligible. However, final eligibility is based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) assigned to the merchant. Purchases from merchants using a non-qualifying MCC will not qualify; for example, software purchased from a general retailer may not be eligible. Capital One is not responsible for merchant categorization. Any unused credits will expire on your account open date anniversary. Your account must remain open and in good standing to receive the credit.
To receive a statement credit, you must use your eligible Capital One credit card to complete the application and pay the application fee for either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®. One statement credit will be processed per account every 4 years, and the credit will apply to the application fee that is charged to your card first. The statement credit will be posted to your account within 2 billing cycles of the fee being charged. Your eligible card account must be open and in good standing at the time of statement credit fulfillment. Please provide the trip ID for the original booking and the website where you found the lower price so that our agents can verify the lower price. 8. Venture X Business Limited Time Offer: Earn up to 300,000 bonus miles and a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel Credit. Spend $40,000 in the first four months and earn 150,000 miles. Spend $120,000 in the first four months and earn an additional 150,000 bonus miles as well as a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. This credit will be applied to your Capital One Business Travel balance within two billing cycles and can be applied to purchases at checkout. This credit expires 16 months after account opening.
Annually, eligible Venture X Business primary account holders will also receive a $300 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual travel credit will expire on the day before the next account open date anniversary at 11:59 p.m. ET.
