Once purchased, the option to cancel must be exercised up to three (3) hours prior to your first scheduled departure. A validly exercised cancellation results in a refund covering the base fare and relates taxes and fees. The option to cancel does not entitle you to a refund of all trip costs. Capital One Travel’s price drop protection is available when Capital One Travel recommends that a customer buys a given flight and the customer books the flight. Capital One Travel will monitor the price of that itinerary for 10 calendar days after the date of booking. If the price drops during that monitoring period, then Capital One will issue to the customer the maximum difference in the price in the form of a travel credit up to $50.

Capital One Travel's flight disruption assistance must be purchased and added to an eligible flight and may be used once per booked trip in the event of a disrupted flight. A disrupted flight means your flight is delayed (by more than the time specified to you prior to purchase), is canceled by the airline or you miss a connecting flight. 5. Eligible Venture X primary account holders receive an annual $300 Capital One Travel credit (“Credit”) to use toward purchases made through Capital One Travel. Each annual Credit will expire on the next account open date anniversary. The Credit will be available within Capital One Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The Credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the Credit. If the purchase using the Credit is canceled, the Credit will be restored if it is not expired. An expired Credit will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture X card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the Credit.

6. Limited Time Offer: $300 Capital One Travel Stays credit ("Credit") to use toward hotel and vacation rental purchases made through Capital One Travel. Credits will expire one year after account opening. Customers may experience a 48-72 hour delay from account opening in seeing their $300 credit appear in their travel wallet on the Capital One Travel portal.
