Capitol One Auto Navigator made everything simple and almost scary too easy. I entered my info and got back my pre-approval amount in seconds. I used Auto Navigator to find the car I wanted and received my pre-approved terms as easy as the first one. Then I gave proof of income and was like ok here's where they always ask for more and more, but no not this time. The next day on the way to look at the vehicle I want I received notification that my income was approved. Back story for a minute. Now mind you I just got told "NO" by Carvana because they do not consider anything over 40 hours as your income although they want your income for the year. So I was like cool. Then when I got to the dealer in less than 2 hrs I was headed home in my new vehicle. So go Capital One and Auto Navigator if you want simple and easy!!!

My experience with Capital One was terrific. But my issue was with the dealership. I wish the car I wanted was at any other place but there. My salesperson, Jose' did not know what he was doing from the beginning. I told him a week ahead of time I was already approved thru Capital one, and I would be driving 6 hours to come get the car. I even offered to secure it by paying the down payment before getting there. I told him I was renting a car and getting a hotel, all he had to do was make sure everything was good on their end. There was sooo much stuff that went wrong, from the moment I stepped into the dealership. He acted like he didnt know i would really come, after i called him, earlier that week, and I even left a message for him and texted him the day of my arrival. I was there 3 hours, two hours of which was him/his Supervisors trying to force me to add $2,000 appearance package. The salesperson, Jose originally lied to my face, saying that extra charge, $2,000, was put on by Capitol One, and there is nothing he can do about it. So I said, Im going to call Capital One right then to find out what was going on. Jose didnt want me to do that, saying oh let me call them, or you are going to be on hold forever. But I spoke to 3 nice representatives at Capital one, all of them said that they did not know what he was talking about. When I got off the phone and told him that, he quickly changed up his lie to the appearance package charge. There were things wrong with the car that I brought to Jose attention that they could have fixed then, but because I refused to get the appearance package, they didnt fix it. There were alot of other things that happened, but it would take to much time.... What was bad is that he tried to paint Capital one as being deceitful/ adding additional fees, when it was them the entire time. I used Capital one with my last car purchase, and everything was great. I recommend Capital one to my friends and family. If I could post a (-1) for my review for my experience with World Car Kia in New Braunfels, I would.

I'm rebuilding my credit and didn't think that anyone would give me a loan for a car after my old '05 Neon needed to be replaced due to expensive repairs. I used the Auto Navigator app and found the car of my dreams. All the numbers seemed to add up just fine but I still didn't believe it was accurate because most other loaners wanted to give me an interest 2x what Capital One offered according to Navigator. I went in and looked at the car, bought it, all the app's numbers matched, and I got the car with an affordable monthly payment!

I had received several offers in the mail regarding auto financing with Capital One but honestly did not think that the process would be anything but difficult. My daughter was in desperate need of a new car, so I thought well why not see what they could offer. I was surprised at how easy it was to not only apply but that I had an immediate response. Once approved I used the Auto Navigator to look for cars that would meet both my and my daughter's expectations and needs. I highly recommend Capital One-Auto Navigator to anyone who needs a convenient streamlined way to purchase a new vehicle.

Auto Navigator is easy to use. I've used it to make two separate purchases. What I like best is that it alleviates the time and hassle during the grueling finance process. I printed the pre-approval letter for the vehicle that I was purchasing, gave it to our salesperson. They verified with Capital One, we signed and out the door we went with our new car. It makes car buying a painless process.

Received an email to get pre-qualified for a Capital One auto loan. Answered a few questions and was pre-qualified for a loan up to $35,000. Used Auto Navigator to narrow down my choice to several vehicles. Chose a vehicle I was going to buy but after going to another dealer found a much better deal. Having auto navigator helped me to calculate exactly which each vehicle would cost me over the life of the loan so buying the more expensive vehicle made the most financial sense because of the difference in interest rates. Playing around with the numbers on auto navigator let me know that a $400 down payment would lower my interest by over 1.5% compared to nothing down. Armed with that information when the dealer tried to pull a fast one on me in the finance office Capital One had me more than prepared. Knowing your rate and your payments makes car shopping a breeze. I would highly recommend getting pre-qualified with Capital One.

First call to try and figure out why my account was not updated yet so I could set up autopsy was met with a woman who told me tech support was not available until Monday (this is Saturday). I had to ask for a manager finally because she did not understand that I needed help with troubleshooting a loan problem and not my computer connection. Spoke with the manager who at first said that she was told I was having a tech problem and after I said no, she listened and was able to at least understand what my issue was. It was not an IT problem!!!

It was so easy and nice to be pre-approved. I didn't have to worry that I'd be turned down because my credit isn't perfect. I went to the car lot and was treated with respect, and showed them right away the amount of money I was approved for. I love my new car, a Kia Rio. It is my very first brand new car, and I'm loving it.

I loved the Auto Navigator, it allowed me to compare dealerships, and to know exactly what i could expect in regards to finance charges, and monthly payment. I was approved for a higher loan amount, but by utilizing the Auto Navigator i was prepared not to go above what type of a payment was reasonable for me. I hope this tool is around for my next purchase. I simply love it.
