The experience shopping through Auto Navigator was amazing. It was very straightforward, you can personalize it to fit your needs and budget. Also, it was smooth securing the terms (or super close to it) as suggested. No issues taking my personalized terms to the dealership. Two things I would HIGHLY recommend however (1) make sure to confirm w/ dealer the car is available. (2) RESEARCH the dealership reviews prior especially if it’s a pop and mom dealer. Reviews will SAVE you a lot of headache and scam.

My husband and I just purchased a car using the Auto Navigator for both pre-qualifcation and auto shopping. Getting pre-approved was really simple, I was able to upload documents for us directly to the website and within a day our documents were completed and we were able to shop confidently. The longest part of the actual car- buying process was figuring out which one to go with after test driving. Once we found our one, we were out within an hour. For anyone that has less than spectacular credit, this is an amazing way to know ahead of time what kind of actual commitment you're getting yourself into. You can see the differing APRs by dealership and avoid surprises. Highly recommend.

I had no idea about the Auto-Navigator program with Cap.One and I have been desperately been needing a new vehicle. I applied last week to see if I pre-qualified and within 3-4 days I got an e-mail stating I was ready to shop around. I found a car and went to that dealership two days after I got the e-mail from Cap.One and walked away w/ it that day. So I applied, got approved and walked away with a new car all within a week! Too good to be true! Haha

I found the vehicle I wanted on Auto Navigator and the APR I was given was pretty great. I was so excited and happy... all that was taken away when I went to the dealer and did not receive the APR I was given by Cap One. I'm truly disappointed that I didn't receive the APR I was given, especially when it specifically states "Let the dealer know to submit your application to Capital One, which will match to your pre-qualification." ... Sadly, it did not match at all, it was a lot higher than what I was given. Definitely not a great experience with this one.

I had dismissed Auto Navigator while recently buying a 2 year old vehicle at a dealership. During the process I was presented with an interest rate that I would not accept. Leaving the dealership I remembered Auto Navigator, and went through Auto Navigator's quick application process on my iPhone's Capital One app. I got a response almost instantly. I returned to the dealership and presented the acceptance letter. They were surprised, I was surprised and I drove away with the vehicle I was hoping I buy. With a lower interest rate than I was expecting. I am still pinching myself. Thanks Auto Navigator.

I've been receiving the advertising for Auto Navigator for quite some time, but what it was offering seemed too good to be true. I thought it was merely a bait and switch operation designed to get me into the dealership and then to find out if I would get a loan, but no, this was so much better than that. It is completely transparent and you actually do get what Capital One has promised. I found a vehicle through their website, they prepared an offer, and even though the dealership tried to add on all kinds of things and even submitted the financing with their inflated prices, Capital One was right there with me (I called them which scared the finance guy at the dealership). They took off the things that should never have been added to begin with. Trust Capital one on this one and don't be afraid to reach out if what the dealership offers you is not what you thought you would get. So happy I took the leap of faith. I have the car I wanted at a price I can live with, and Capital One is right there with me the whole time. I will definitely use this again!

My Capital One Auto loan experience was extremely awesome. 42 years old and never had such a great purchase experience. To start off I applied and got an instant pre approval. Received a notification to upload proof of income. This was the only thing that sucked. Online said it would be reviewed within two days called back a week later because it said it was still pending review. After calling them they said I could shop around and they apologized for not making that clear. Went to a dealership test drove a few cars and picked one out. Filled out a short application and handed the dealer my preapproval and was out in 20 mins driving my new vehicle. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. Thanks Capital One for giving me the best Vehicle buying experience of my life! I will never buy another car any other way!

Auto Navigator was all I used from getting my approval to searching for the perfect vehicle for me. Everything at your fingertip that you will need to purchase a car. This was the first time buying a car was so simple. Really enjoyed the feature of looking up the make and model of vehicles and getting expert reviews as well as customer reviews. It even included asking price and location of the dealership. In my opinion this is the fastest most convenient way to shop for a vehicle.

It was very easy to use the Auto Navigator online. I used VIN numbers of cars I was interested in to get an idea of what type of interest rate and payment I might have. I was able to see how different car prices and down payment amounts would affect my rate and payment. They also included possible fees (registration, titling, etc.) so you could see a more precise estimate. When I took my certificate to the dealer, I received the exact rate I saw online and got my loan with no hassles or questions. I got a great rate and could not be happier!
