You’ll need to have an online account to make reservations with Capital One Travel. Once you do, you can make new bookings online or by contacting Capital One Travel by phone—please note, bookings made over the phone may incur a booking fee.
If you don’t have an online account, follow these steps to set up an online account:
- Set up online access on Capital One’s website.
- Enter your personal information in the fields provided.
- Select a username and password for your account.
- Now you’re all set to book through Capital One Travel!
If you already have an online account, your username and password will work with the Capital One Travel booking experience, so you don’t need to do anything!

Capital One Business Travel is a business-grade travel management platform for business cardholders and their employees to help streamline business travel booking, policies and management.
All Capital One Business cards get access to Capital One Business Travel as their sole travel booking and management platform.
Access to Capital One Business Travel is a standard feature of your eligible card. Primary cardholders or designated admins can also invite guest users to create login credentials to make bookings through Capital One Business Travel.
Yes! You can use your rewards to book flights, hotels, vacation rentals and rental cars through Capital One Travel. The number of rewards needed for travel redemption varies and is based on the cost of the travel purchase. Rewards redeemed for Capital One Travel bookings do not earn rewards.
If your travel transaction includes taxes, surcharges and fees, these expenses will be included in the overall calculation to determine the amount of rewards required for redemption.

Capital One Travel’s price drop protection is available when Capital One Travel recommends that a customer buys a given flight and the customer books the flight. Capital One Travel will monitor the price of that itinerary for 10 calendar days after the date of booking. If the price drops during that monitoring period, then Capital One will issue to the customer the maximum difference in the price in the form of a travel credit up to $50.
2. Prices, amenities and hours of operation are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. Cardholders will not be compensated for changes in locations, rates or policies. Access is not guaranteed and is subject to space availability.
To qualify for complimentary or discounted Lounge and Landing access, card accounts must be in good standing and cardholders must present their eligible Capital One card. Additionally, cardholders and guests must present a boarding pass with a confirmed seat assignment for a departing or connecting same-day flight. We will not admit cardholders or guests with boarding passes for arriving flights with no connection or with no intent on traveling to another destination. Guests may enter up to 3 hours before their departure time.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Any person displaying or participating in inappropriate behavior or failing to adhere to Lounge and Landings rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent is subject to removal. 5. Eligible Venture X primary account holders receive an annual $300 Capital One Travel credit (“Credit”) to use toward purchases made through Capital One Travel. Each annual Credit will expire on the next account open date anniversary. The Credit will be available within Capital One Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The Credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the Credit. If the purchase using the Credit is canceled, the Credit will be restored if it is not expired. An expired Credit will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture X card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the Credit.
6. Annually, eligible Venture Business primary account holders will receive a $50 Capital One Business Travel credit (“Credit”) to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual Credit will expire on the next account open date anniversary. The Credit will be available within Capital One Business Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The Credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the Credit. If the purchase using the Credit is canceled, the Credit will be restored if it is not expired. An expired Credit will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture Business card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the Credit.
Annually, each Venture Business account is eligible to receive up to an annual $50 statement credit for purchases at qualifying advertising or software merchants. Purchases from these merchants are generally considered eligible. However, final eligibility is based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) assigned to the merchant. Purchases from merchants using a non-qualifying MCC will not qualify; for example, software purchased from a general retailer may not be eligible. Capital One is not responsible for merchant categorization. Any unused credits will expire on your account open date anniversary. Your account must remain open and in good standing to receive the credit.
To receive a statement credit, you must use your eligible Capital One credit card to complete the application and pay the application fee for either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®. One statement credit will be processed per account every 4 years, and the credit will apply to the application fee that is charged to your card first. The statement credit will be posted to your account within 2 billing cycles of the fee being charged. Your eligible card account must be open and in good standing at the time of statement credit fulfillment. Statement credits will be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, or modified. Refer to the Application or Account Terms for additional details. 8. Venture Limited Time Offer: $300 Capital One Travel Stays credit ("Credit") to use toward hotel and vacation rental purchases made through Capital One Travel. Credits will expire one year after account opening. Customers may experience a 48-72 hour delay from account opening in seeing their $300 credit appear in their travel wallet on the Capital One Travel portal.
9. Venture X Business Limited Time Offer: Earn up to 300,000 bonus miles and a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel Credit. Spend $40,000 in the first four months and earn 150,000 miles. Spend $120,000 in the first four months and earn an additional 150,000 bonus miles as well as a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. This credit will be applied to your Capital One Business Travel balance within two billing cycles and can be applied to purchases at checkout. This credit expires 16 months after account opening.
Annually, eligible Venture X Business primary account holders will also receive a $300 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual travel credit will expire on the day before the next account open date anniversary at 11:59 p.m. ET. The annual travel credit will be available within Capital One Business Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The annual travel credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the travel credits. If the purchase using the travel credits is canceled, the travel credits will be restored if they are not expired. Expired travel credits will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture X Business card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the travel credits.
