Venture X Business Limited Time Offer: Earn up to 300,000 bonus miles and a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel Credit. Spend $40,000 in the first four months and earn 150,000 miles. Spend $120,000 in the first four months and earn an additional 150,000 bonus miles as well as a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. This credit will be applied to your Capital One Business Travel balance within two billing cycles and can be applied to purchases at checkout. This credit expires 16 months after account opening. These bonuses may not be available for existing or previous Capital One Business cardholders.
Annually, eligible Venture X Business primary account holders will also receive a $300 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual travel credit will expire on the day before the next account open date anniversary at 11:59 p.m. ET. The annual travel credit will be available within Capital One Business Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The annual travel credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the travel credits. If the purchase using the travel credits is canceled, the travel credits will be restored if they are not expired. Expired travel credits will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture X Business card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the travel credits. - 3

You will receive a statement credit of $150 each year when you spend at least $150,000 in net purchases by your membership anniversary date. You will see the statement credit within 2 billing cycles following your rewards membership anniversary date. Please note that statement credits lower your balance but do not count as payments. You must continue to make any required payments.
