After more than a 20-year absence, the Acura Integra is again on sale in the U.S. Like the original that helped to launch Acura in America back in 1986, the new Integra is based on the Honda Civic and comes in a five-door hatchback body style. It pairs a turbocharged 1.5L four-cylinder engine with your choice between an automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT) and a six-speed manual gearbox, each powering the car’s front wheels. The Integra replaces the ILX sedan and is the first Acura in years to wear a name that is something other than a collection of letters.
