“I arrived at the dealership around 10AM on a Saturday as a last minute decision, by 10:30 AM I was on a test drive and by 12:30 in the afternoon I was out the door with a new vehicle purchase. Everyone was very kind and polite. I didn’t spend all day at the dealership. I wasn’t pressured into buying a vehicle, I had Great conversations with staff members. Overall it was a great experience.”

“I was looking for my specific make, model, trim, and color. I was ready to purchase and pick up my vehicle from another dealership the same day however, my car never arrived at said dealership. I searched online for any new inventory and found that Tansky had the car that I wanted.
I reached out and Mo Amin was the person who helped me. Mo was willing to contact me in whichever way I preferred whether that was a call or through text. He was clear and prompt with all his replies. He answered all my questions. There was no typical dealership back-and-forth negotiating on price which I very much appreciated. Mo was not pushy at all unlike other sales representatives from other dealerships. I came into the dealership to test drive the car and decided to purchase the car the same day. Mo had all the paperwork done before I arrived therefore the signing process went very fast and smooth. After the paperwork was done and I was about to head out, Mo walked me through every feature of the car and what it does. Mo is amazing to work with, friendly, and unlike the typical sales person everyone runs away from.
One thing I would like to point out is when I arrived to the dealership and asked for Mo, two other sales reps emphasized that Mo works in used car sales, implying that he wasn’t one of “them”. Though the car I purchased was new, Mo was able to sell me my car perfectly and was very patient with all my questions and concerns all while juggling helping another family with their car purchase. Mo is an asset to the Tansky team and they’re lucky to have him.”

“I’ve had problems with this dealership before, so I honestly walked in expecting the same experience. But General Sales Manager Marc Cox and Sale Specialist Logan M. proved me wrong in the best way. They took the time to listen, worked with me directly, and made sure I got a good deal without any games. Because of them, I finally drove home in the Prius I’ve been wanting for so long within one hour. This visit felt completely different from the past, and I really appreciate the effort they put in to make things right. It mattered more than they probably realize.”

“Very bad attention, bad service and they charge you and do not give you a solution to the problems. They want to charge you for solvable services and do not solve them. Car returned in worse condition than when I delivered it. Terrible, I do not recommend this place. They wanted to charge me $2,390 for something that I fixed myself and they could solve it. They wanted to charge for a new part and not fix mine, which is in optimal condition.”
