Car Overview
Acura ILX
The Acura ILX is an upscale compact sedan based on the ninth-generation Honda Civic. The ILX never received a complete redesign, instead getting two significant refreshes for the 2016 and 2019 model years. Early on, Acura offered the ILX with two four-cylinder engines and a hybrid powertrain. You could even get a manual gearbox. Starting in 2016, however, the car came solely with a 201-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder paired with a snappy eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Acura discontinued the ILX after the 2022 model year when the Civic-based Integra five-door hatchback arrived.
