For the 2022 model year, Ram upgraded the 2500 to a next-generation infotainment system. This truck offers several trims, from the base Tradesman to the off-road-friendly Power Wagon and the top-of-the-line Limited. Buyers can choose from regular-cab, crew-cab, and extended crew-cab (Mega Cab) body styles, and 8-foot and 6-foot-4-inch cargo beds are available. Two engines are offered: a V8 making 410 horsepower and a 370-hp diesel powertrain. This full-size heavy-duty truck tows up to 20,000 pounds and comes with rear-wheel or four-wheel drive. Base models have a 12.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and options include blind-spot monitoring, a surround-view camera, and lane-keeping assist.Â
