Car Overview
Nissan added automatic emergency braking as standard equipment on 2018 Sentra models, except for those with a manual transmission and the performance-tuned Sentra Nismo. Sentra buyers can choose from six trims: S, SV, SR, SL, SR Turbo, and Nismo. The standard four-cylinder engine provides 124 horsepower with a continuously variable transmission or 130 horsepower with a manual gearbox. The SR Turbo and Nismo models upgrade to a powertrain with 188 horsepower. The EPA-estimated gas mileage ranges from 29/37/32 mpg in city/highway/combined driving to 25/30/27 mpg, depending on model. This small sedan seats five passengers and provides 15.1 cubic-feet of cargo room.
