In the wake of its 2013 redesign, Nissan gave the Sentra minor updates for the 2014 model year. These include improvements designed to enhance seat comfort and reduce engine noise. Four main trim levels are available: S, SV, SR, and SL. A 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine motivates all Sentra sedans, generating 130 horsepower and 128 pound-feet of torque. You can choose between a six-speed manual and continuously variable transmission, with the EPA-estimated mileage ranging from 30/38/33 mpg in city/highway/combined driving to 27/35/30 mpg. Nissan's compact sedan seats five people and supplies 15.1 cubic-feet of cargo space.
